Evander Lykaios-Dusk

Calmness Is A Superpower.
The Ability To Not Overreact Or Take Things Personally

It wasn't the nicest day, rain splattered down upon the woods which Evander called his home. Just a few moments ago it was nice and rather sunny, but now here he was, soaked. Shaking off his coat a couple of times, he grumpily walked through the woods. But, he was rather confused now on where he was. He normally used scents to find his way to and from the den and right now, he really wanted to be back in the den but this rain just blocked all of his senses.

His head was held down, closer to the ground at an angle in order to keep the rain from pooling into his eyes. Now this just sucked. He wondered if he'd bump into anyone else, maybe an adult or his bear mother who could direct him in the way of the den. Condense activated out of frustration, spraying water ahead of him though it did hardly anything due to the ground already being wet. Static would activate, the electricity zapped across the water in his pelt. Crackling and fizzling before it completely dissipated. In confusion, Evander would wrap around to attempt to sniff himself. Now, what in the world was that?

A few huffs left his mouth as he shook the water out of his pelt once again. It was coming down harder and he wasn't entirely sure how much he liked it. Evander would continue just a bit more before pausing, maybe he would go back. Glancing around, the boy realized he was just a tad bit far away from his home and without scent to help him he as a little bit lost. A queasy feeling blossomed in his gut and the tiger felt like puking, sitting down to ease it, he waited a few moments. Looking around wearily in attempts to regain his bearings before turning and looking for foot prints. They were there but pretty washed up. A frown crossed his face as he began to attempt to back track the prints back to the den. Looking up and examining everything as he went by. It didn't take him too long before his memory began to come back and he began recognizing where he was. A small smile crossed his face as he picked up the pace towards the warm cozy den. Once there, he shook off his fur before entering and then curling up beside his sleeping bear mother. But he still had to wonder, why in the world did he leave in the rain in the first place?
